  2. Submit a Support Ticket: Once the transfer is complete, please open a support ticket and attach your transfer confirmation.
  3. Processing Time: Transfers are typically processed within one business day. However, delays may occur if the transfer reference is missing or incorrect.

Timing & Renewals

While credit and debit card payments are processed instantly, bank transfers and InstaPay transactions require manual verification.
To avoid service interruptions or account suspension, we strongly recommend initiating bank transfers at least one week before your service expiry date. Planning ahead ensures that your renewal is finalized well before the deadline.
